This document sets out the terms and conditions for using the eta-truck.ro website, operated by S.C. "ETA-TRUCKLOGISTIC" S.R.L. By accessing and using the website, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of services
ETA Trucklogistic provides specialized and oversized transport, vehicle transport, oversized cargo transport, fragile and sensitive cargo transport, as well as customized logistics solutions.
2. Informational nature of the website
The content of the website (including service descriptions, fleet images and other materials presented) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding commercial offer. Binding price offers are issued individually, in writing, following a request.
3. Quote requests and contracting
Submitting a request through the contact or quote form does not automatically create a contractual obligation. A transport contract only comes into effect upon written confirmation of the terms (route, cargo, price, deadlines) by both parties, in accordance with the CMR Convention and applicable road freight transport legislation.
4. Intellectual property
All elements of the website — text, logo, images, graphics — are the property of S.C. "ETA-TRUCKLOGISTIC" S.R.L. or are used with the consent of the rights holders, and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is", without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Actual liability for the performance of a transport is governed exclusively by the transport contract and the transport documents (e.g., CMR consignment note) related to each shipment.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
This document is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bucharest.
7. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to periodically update these terms. The applicable version is always the one published on this page, together with the date of the last update.
