We collect the data you provide directly through our contact and quote forms (name, phone, email, company name, requested route, message content), as well as data collected automatically when you visit the site (IP address, browser type, pages visited, visit duration) through our hosting provider.

We use your data to respond to quote requests and messages, to prepare and carry out transport contracts, to comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax) and to improve the operation of the website.

5. Data retention period

Data related to quote requests that did not result in a contract is kept for a maximum of 24 months. Data related to transport contracts and financial-accounting documents is kept for the period required by Romanian financial-accounting legislation (currently 10 years).
